The Christmas story is unrivaled, unique???even strange to our human sensibility. It is not like other world religions. The pursuit of God or gods by man is a futile undertaking. When Jesus came, God was pursuing us???the only way man could ever connect with God. Where did we come up with the idea that we could climb our way to a dimension beyond us. We think too highly of our capacity.
