We often dont stop to really analyze the desires of our hearts. They seem to play in the background of our lives while really having a powerful impact on how we live. Its important to ask ourselves the question of whether the desires of our hearts align with the heart of Christ. One of the primary passions of our Father is to seek and save the lost. Do we have a similar hearts desire? God is passionately pursuing those around us who are outside of a relationship with Him. Prayer is the primary way that we can align ourselves with what He wants to do.
